職責描述：
1.Process the SW/Appl related product charms and trigger the software patch based on the charm analysis guideline. / 處理已發布產品相關的軟件及應用Charm（Conduct CCB）；并根據相關的流程分析并觸發軟件補丁項目。
2.Process the customer complaints together with DCU as the proxy and interface of R&D/作為研發的接口和代表，和DCU一起處理客戶的抱怨。
3.Process the IB related hot topic with R&D teams /作為研發的接口和代表，和其它部門處理IB的Hot topic。
4.Feedback the IB insight to R&D/MK/CS as the input for the strategy development/不斷提高對產品的了解和洞察，并反饋給研發/市場/客服作為未來的方向指引
5.Collection/Maitenance/Monitoring/Analysis/Report on the IB data/產品數據的收集、維護、監控、分析和報告
6.Develop/Maintenance/Manage IB realted tools/與產品流程相關的支持性工具的開發、維護和管理
7.Improve the related process and practice continually /持續流程改進
8.Support other department by supplying specified IB data collection and analysis/ 基于其他部門的需求提供特定的產品數據收集和分析服務
9.Track state-of-the-art technology and drive technology update (Senior and above) / 跟蹤前沿技術（高級工程師及以上級別適用）
任職要求：
Work Experience/工作經驗:
1. At least 3 years R&D development experience / 至少三年研發開發經驗；
Perferred experience on oriented software engineering in C++/C# for large software system or hardware engineering including mechanical/electrical/controlling fields. / 有在大型軟件系統中面向對象開發, 或者硬件開發領域（包括機械設計/電子設計/控制技術）經驗者優先；
2. With big data analysis and process experience / 有大數據分析，處理經驗
3. Perferred experience on medical equipement./有醫療設備開發背景優先。
Other Knowledge/Skill/Experience/其他知識/技能/經驗：
1. Good communication and coodination skills/具備良好的溝通技能和協調能力
2. Capabilities to operate in foreign cultures /能在外國文化中工作
