崗位職責(zé)：
1. Efficient and effective installation and maintenance in the field, Following up and solving technical incidents on the instruments, uninstalling and decontaminating instruments, monitoring expenses and local spare parts usage. 及時(shí)有效的安裝，保養(yǎng)所在區(qū)域的儀器，跟蹤和解決儀器的技術(shù)問(wèn)題。儀器的拆卸與消毒，控制維修成本和管理當(dāng)?shù)亓闩浼?kù)。
2. Solving the problem by Telephone if possible, and feeding solutions back to the Hotline. Fixing incidents with optimized costs and quality for the customer, including during weekend and public holiday shifts. 通過(guò)電話解決客戶問(wèn)題并將解決辦法反饋給熱線中心。在任何時(shí)間內(nèi)以最經(jīng)濟(jì)和最優(yōu)的品質(zhì)解決客戶的問(wèn)題。
3. Educating and Train customer；培訓(xùn)客戶
4. Operation and recording by following Field Service SOP，Centralizing and archiving technical documentation. 根據(jù)公司質(zhì)量體系,環(huán)境健康安全的要求進(jìn)行日常工作安全和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程操作和記錄，對(duì)技術(shù)文件的存檔管理。
5. Keeping abreast with technological developments 不斷尋求技術(shù)上的同步與發(fā)展
6. Good cooperation with distributors 與代理商良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)
7. Providing introduction of new tests and instruments to promote reagents.向客戶提供新儀器和新項(xiàng)目的介紹，推廣試劑項(xiàng)目。
8. Teamwork and encouraging others to adopt best practices also 有效的團(tuán)隊(duì)工作， 分享經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

任職要求：
Academic
1. A degree (college) in medical engineering, mechanics or related majors. Experience in medical device industry, with diagnostics experience a plus.
2. Effective communication skills both written and verbal
3. Highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications
4. Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
5. Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company
6. A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
7. Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operates

Professional Experience:
1. Good experience in Service within diagnostics industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major features, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record.
2. Medical engineering, mechanics, diagnostics or relevant functions.
3. Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.
4. Good language skills incl. Chinese and English (high reading comprehension capability). Can work well with staff and customers from diversified s.
