關(guān)鍵職責(zé)：

1.熟悉汽車構(gòu)造原理，了解燃機發(fā)動機、發(fā)電機組的運行原理及相關(guān)參數(shù)指標(biāo)；

2.按時參加班組的安全活動和安全培訓(xùn)，學(xué)習(xí)安全操作知識，嚴(yán)格遵守安全工作規(guī)程和安全技術(shù)措施；

3.交接班前、后進行安全檢查及各項數(shù)據(jù)核實；

4.認(rèn)真填寫各項記錄，保證數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確無誤；

5.定期巡檢以確保機組運轉(zhuǎn)正常；

6.及時匯報異常情況，嚴(yán)格按照兩票執(zhí)行相關(guān)操作；

7.按照要求對機組進行日常的維護、保養(yǎng)和檢修；

8.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)；

任職資格：

1.大專及以上學(xué)歷，電氣自動化、工控、機電一體化、機械設(shè)計、汽車檢測與維修等相關(guān)專業(yè)，有相關(guān)上崗資證優(yōu)先；

2.有一年以上電氣、機械相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；

3.工作認(rèn)真細(xì)致，吃苦耐勞，能服從調(diào)配；

晉升方向：電廠管理方向：運行員---運行儲備干部---運行主任---（副）廠長---生產(chǎn)總監(jiān)

技術(shù)方向：技術(shù)員---初級工程師---中級工程師---高級工程師
