Your ResponsibilityThis role will be providing advice and support to NNTC(Ningbo Nottingham Technology CO.,LTD) departments and commercialisation projects including the spinouts. Working within established policy and practices, analysis and judgement will be used to identify the best solution to differing problems and issues, offering recommendations for managing more complex situations. This role will be expected to develop operational procedures and contribute to NNTC policies including HR, finance, procurement and IT. There will be a need for liaison and the co-ordination of work activities across NNTC and with external bodies as appropriate. You will be working in a business-facing and fast-paced offcie enviroment, supporting the CEO and other members of the company, and conecting research achievement of university with industry and market. About YouBachelor’s degree in business, management, etc. Master degree or a professional qualification in business, management, etc would be ideal. Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and spokenExperience of dealing with one of the specific operational areas such as HR, Finance or Procurement etc. Proven analytical and problem-solving capability.Familiar with Microsoft Office and relevant tools for data analysis and reporting Proven communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Proven planning and organising skills.Your Remuneration, Benefits and SupportThis is a Regular post that you will be offered a fixed term contract initially of 3 years with Ningbo Nottingham Technology CO.,LTD.
