職位概要:1．針對客戶物料，進行相關的試驗，進行選材；2．審核施工圖，對施工圖提出審核意見；3．根據設備或工程結構特點，進行焊接工藝評定、焊工培訓、編制相應的焊接工藝文件（主要闡述施工的方法、要點及相關注意事項以及檢驗方法）和進行焊接技術創新等；4．根據公司發展，提出需要的工藝裝備或焊接設備；5．依據具體的項目要求，提出焊接材料需求計劃；6．處理施工過程中出現的焊接技術問題7．進行工藝紀律檢查，糾正不當行為8．協助相關部門進行分包商審核及技術管理工作；9．經驗總結任職要求：1.焊接類化學類或材料類相關專業本科及以上學歷。2.受過機械類或工程類焊接等方面的培訓。3.一年以上焊接工藝編制工作經驗，熟悉焊接工藝；4.具有較強的語言表達能力、人際交往能力、應變能力、溝通能力及解決問題的能力；5.熟悉現行壓力容器、管道和鋼結構的焊接標準及規范；6. 英語水平良好；
