職責描述：1、負責游戲交互設(shè)計，優(yōu)化交互體驗，提升設(shè)計品質(zhì)；2、參與游戲設(shè)計中，分析需求設(shè)定，提供交互解決方案；3、能夠梳理出有效的交互研發(fā)流程，以及總結(jié)交互經(jīng)驗；4、能夠通過內(nèi)部分享提升團隊的專業(yè)能力。任職要求：1、工業(yè)設(shè)計、信息藝術(shù)設(shè)計等設(shè)計類相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；2、具備較強的原型制作、動效設(shè)計能力, 精通Photoshop、Sketch、Axure、AE等3、多年成熟游戲產(chǎn)品交互設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，對交互設(shè)計有深入理解實踐，能獨立負責項目；4、強邏輯思維，善于溝通表達，協(xié)調(diào)合作；5、知識面廣、觀察力敏銳，對各類新鮮事物有強烈興趣并樂于實踐；6、具備一定游戲策劃或游戲視覺設(shè)計能力者優(yōu)先；7、熱愛游戲，希投身游戲行業(yè)，游戲經(jīng)歷豐富并對游戲交互有一定思考見解者優(yōu)先。
