Service BD Manager/Associate Director Base Shanghai/SuzhouKey responsibilities:1.Develop service business opportunities by thoroughly understanding overseas energy market and manufacturer customer needs, explore collaboration opportunities and drive business development efforts, achieve growth in service business.2.Accountable for retain existing customers by coordinating overseas service delivery and maintaining service quality, developing service solutions based on customer needs to get more share.3.Support service department in completing quotations for various customers, reviewing and signing service contracts and follow up on service order deliveries, optimize the after-sales service system, improve service quality, and enhance customer satisf****.4.Build up the service digital tools to serve internal and external customers, and use the tools manage overseas local service partners, managing inquiries and feedback methodologies with a balance on efficiency and customer experience and achieve business ****ives.5.Cooperate with internal and external partners, assist in enhancing the business proficiency of service department personnel, and facilitate the achievement of the company's business ****ives.Requirements:1.Bachelor’s degree QS world university rankings top 80, major in electrical engineering, energy engineering or related field MBA or commercial master’s degree preferred.2.Significant experience in marketing and business development roles, preferably in digitalization or energy equipment manufacturing.3.A self-driven with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, willing to take the initiative to resolving with service-related challenges with a customer-centric approach.4.Proven ability to drive growth and change, be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful, dynamic environment. 5.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.6.A good knowledge of service management principles, processes and best practices, a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer relationship management abilities and service orientation, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.8.Well understanding of renewable, BESS, MVs market dynamics and mechanical and electrical technology is a plus.
