職責描述：Main responsibilities:? Manages territory to meet annual sales targets? Interacts with end user customers, distribution partners, systems integrators and OEM accounts to penetrate assigned accounts, prospect new accounts, build customer relationships, understands customer needs by effectively positioning Datalogic entire product portfolio, in order to grow business of both existing and customers.? Identify and develop new customers business (End User/OEM/SI, and only when requested, partners too) ? Owns the account strategy within the assigned accounts and communicates to the Industry sales unit on an account by account basis when appropriate? Report market opportunity and customer requirement, and submit to management **** suggestion for targeted customers, product development or service improvement.? Establishes executive level relationships with the customer base and understands customer processes and business model.? Other responsibilities may be assigned.Essential skills:? EXPERIENCES: At least three years experience in selling to end users or OEM customers in the field of Factory Automation (preferably in electronic or packaging segments) PERSONALITY?
