職責描述：1.設(shè)計并執(zhí)行ELISA、MSD、RT-qPCR或流式細胞術(shù)等實驗，進行藥代動力學分析。2.解決實驗過程中出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)問題，確保實驗數(shù)據(jù)的準確性和可靠性。3.推動新能力建設(shè)，提升團隊的技術(shù)水平和實驗?zāi)芰Α?.負責項目引進和管理，確保項目符合客戶需求和公司標準。5.與客戶保持良好溝通，及時反饋項目進展和問題，確保客戶滿意度。6.負責對外能力推廣，展示團隊技術(shù)優(yōu)勢，提升公司在行業(yè)內(nèi)的影響力。1.Design and conduct a range of experiments, including but not limited to ELISA, MSD, RT-qPCR, or flow cytometry, to support pharmacokinetic analyses.2.Address and resolve technical issues that may arise during the experimental process, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data.3.Promote the development of new capabilities and enhance the overall technical proficiency and performance of the team.4.Oversee the initiation and management of projects, ****ing alignment with both customer needs and organizational standards.5.Maintain effective communication with customers, delivering **** updates on project progress and potential challenges, with a strong commitment to customer satisf****.6.Advocate for and promote our external capabilities, highlighting the team's technical strengths, and increasing the company's influence within the industry.任職要求：1.博士學歷，藥學或生物學相關(guān)專業(yè)，海外經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。2.1-2年具有融合蛋白、單抗、雙抗、ADC等生物大分子分析檢驗經(jīng)驗。 3.精通ELISA、MSD、RT-qPCR或流式細胞術(shù)中的一種或多種實驗技術(shù)。4.熟悉藥代動力學分析方法，具備解決技術(shù)問題的能力。5.具備新能力建設(shè)和項目引進的經(jīng)驗。6.優(yōu)秀的客戶溝通能力，能夠用流利的英語進行聽說讀寫。7.具備對外能力推廣的經(jīng)驗，能夠有效展示團隊技術(shù)優(yōu)勢。1.Ph.D. or postdoc in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.2.1-2 years of experience in analyzing and testing large biomolecules, including but not limited to proteins, mAb, BsAb, ADCs, etc.3.Proficiency in at least one of the following experimental techniques: ELISA, MSD, RT-qPCR, or flow cytometry.4.Familiarity with pharmacokinetic analysis methods and a proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems.5.Demonstrable experience in developing new capabilities and initiating projects.6.Excellent customer service skills with fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).7.Previous experience in promoting external capabilities, effectively showcasing the team's technical strengths.
