1.全日制大專以上學歷，人力資源或工商管理專業，3年以上人事行政主管工作經驗；2.熟悉國家及地方勞動人事法律法規，熟悉人力資源管理各項工作模塊內容及行政各項事宜；3.良好的溝通協調能力/較強的學習能力和寫作能力，良好的職業道德和團隊合作精神；4。熟悉使用各類辦公軟件。5、本崗位工作地點為東莞常平
