職位描述:負責督導,管理和協(xié)調MRP計劃員的如下工作, 必要自己也要參加部分具體的工作:1.在SAP中計劃、啟動和監(jiān)控生產訂單,包括最后期限跟蹤(交付可靠性/交付能力/交付服務)2.確定處置程序和維護 SAP 主數(shù)據(jù)3.生產和工藝變更時的材料對賬 4.新產品啟動方面的合作 5.根據(jù)開發(fā)和銷售部門的規(guī)范創(chuàng)建和計劃樣品訂單 6.目標系統(tǒng)框架內的庫存管理(平衡需求和成本) 7.在 SAP 中規(guī)劃預測數(shù)據(jù)和合同的實施 8.主要溝通窗口銷售 – 研發(fā) - 生產 - 倉庫 9.出現(xiàn)交付問題時的第一級處理窗口10.持續(xù)監(jiān)控物品、參數(shù)變化(例如安全性、再訂貨水平、補貨時間或 MRP 特性,以使其適應當前的市場情況)11.供應商訂單的下單/跟蹤,采購合同簽訂,并考慮到庫存和成本方面 12.在高交付能力和低庫存之間保持平衡 13.報告 KPI 關鍵指標Position De****ion: Be responsible for supervising, managing and coordinating the following work of MRP planners, and participate in some specific work if necessary:1. Scheduling, initiating and monitoring production orders incl. deadline tracking (delivery reliability/delivery capability/delivery service)2. Determination of disposition procedures and maintenance of SAP master data3. Material reconciliation in case of production and process changes4. Collaboration in the start-up of new products5. Creation and planning of sample orders according to the specifications of the development and sales departments6. Inventory management within the ****work of the target system (fair to demand and cost)7. Planning implementation of forecast figures and contracts in SAP8. Communication transfer at the interface to sales - development - production - warehouse9. First escalation level in case of delivery problems10. Continuous monitoring of articles, parameter changes (e.g. safety, reorder level, replenishment time or MRP characteristics in order to adapt them to the current market situation)11. Order release to Supplier, and monitor the material delivery situation, Creation and conclusion of contracts with suppliers, taking into account inventory and cost aspects12. Maintaining a balance between high delivery capability and low inventories13. Reporting of KPI key figures工作要求:1.大學及以上背景。至少5年物料管控經(jīng)驗, 2年以上的MRP 團隊管理經(jīng)驗。2.熟悉SAP3.可以承受工作壓力4.中英文良好的溝通能力5.熟悉辦公軟件(例如 Excel)Requirements: 1. College degree or above. At least 5 years experience of material planning,2 years MRP team Management experience.2. Familiar with SAP.3. Can work under high pressure4. Good communication both in Mandarin and English ( oral and written )5. Excellent skill of office software (E.g. Excel,etc.)
