Responsibilities:? Deliver targeted English instruction for Grades 9-12 international students (AP/A-Level curriculum), specializing in IELTS/TOEFL test preparation and English literature, with proven ability to drive rapid score gains.? Maintain a highly organized classroom environment focused on achieving daily score-improvement ****ives.? Implement and model high-impact teaching methodologies, continuously refining strategies based on diagnostic student performance data.? Provide individualized student support, developing customized learning approaches that address diverse test-taking needs.? Establish clear, measurable teaching goals aligned with test ****ives, leveraging core and supplemental preparation materials.? Conduct ongoing assessment of student progress through mock tests, using data-driven insights to adjust instruction and provide ****able feedback.? Exhibit deep understanding of international curricula and cross-cultural learning differences relevant to overseas university preparation.? Engage in professional development focused on standardized test preparation strategies and score enhancement techniques.? Collaborate with faculty and administrators to execute management decisions aimed at maximizing student achievement on high-stakes exams.? Organize and lead regular after-school test preparation sessions and mock testing activities.? Undertake additional test-preparation duties as assigned by the Principal/Department Head.Qualifications and Requirements:? 深圳國際預(yù)科學(xué)院于2004年6月經(jīng)深圳市教育局批準(zhǔn)成立，是深圳一所老牌美式國際學(xué)校。在美國，很多私立名校和學(xué)術(shù)性中學(xué)都會冠名為大學(xué)預(yù)科學(xué)校Preparatory Academy，意即未來直升名牌大學(xué)，以此區(qū)別普通的美國中學(xué)。學(xué)院坐落在深圳灣畔，毗鄰園博園，環(huán)境優(yōu)美、交通便利。多年來，學(xué)院一直致力于培養(yǎng)身心健康、人格完美、思想獨立、意志堅韌，具有家國情懷、國際視野的現(xiàn)代公民。
2004年，學(xué)院的首批辦學(xué)項目學(xué)士預(yù)科和碩士預(yù)科開始招生，十余年來已成功輸送數(shù)千人前往英國、美國、澳大利亞、加拿大、歐洲等國際知名大學(xué)攻讀本科、碩士課程，包括美國哥倫比亞大學(xué)、康奈爾大學(xué)、波士頓學(xué)院、華盛頓大學(xué)、南加州大學(xué)、紐約視覺藝術(shù)學(xué)院等;英國倫敦政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)院、杜倫大學(xué)，澳洲國立大學(xué)、悉尼大學(xué);以及加拿大多倫多大學(xué)、西蒙菲莎大學(xué)等，其中數(shù)百人次獲得海外大學(xué)全額或部分獎學(xué)金。
2010年，學(xué)院又踏上新的征程，創(chuàng)辦了深圳首家美國中學(xué)，引入美國共同教育大綱（CCSS）課程體系，開設(shè)四年制美國高中部。并針對中國學(xué)生增強了托福、SAT、ACT標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化考試學(xué)習(xí)，同時引進了多門美國大學(xué)理事會考試體系中的AP課程，在深圳首創(chuàng)先河。
2013年，學(xué)院美國初中部正式招收了首批7—8年級學(xué)生。美國初中部課程與美國高中部一樣，沿循Common Core課程大綱，引進國外原版授權(quán)課程和教材，讓學(xué)生留學(xué)美國前就能體驗國外中學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)及生活，出國后更快適應(yīng)國外課堂。同時，學(xué)校為了解決學(xué)生赴美讀書初期常見的不適應(yīng)，充分結(jié)合中國學(xué)生實際情況，通過游戲、演講、辯論、角色扮演等各種方法，寓教于樂，讓學(xué)生掃除對英語的聽說障礙，能聽懂國外課程，掌握美國生存和生活的基本英語表達(dá)，敢于表現(xiàn)自我，快速融入美國社會。2014年，開設(shè)了美國初中預(yù)備班6年級，為升讀美國初中部提前做好各方面的準(zhǔn)備。
