You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is: hybrid **** ****edin #This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power & Smart Building Marketing Sales in Suzhou.You will be mainly accountable for: ● Sells products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups. ● Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience. ● Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers. ● Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports collection and project management activities when needed.Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) ● Bachelor or master degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred) ● At least 3 year’s sales experience in related industries Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project ● Strong learning ability customer orientation Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity ● Result driven Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at teamwork. ● Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvementMore about us (Mandatory) ● Electrification provides leading electrical distribution and management technologies, solutions and services to electrify the world in a safe, smart and sustainable way.
