行業銷售經理 Industry Sales Manager職責:1:行業戰略和行業銷售:1.1深入研究中國電源和自動化市場中的目標行業的發展趨勢,定期向銷售管理層介紹目標行業的市場規模、技術及應用路線圖和競爭格局。1.2確定目標行業中典型應用對電源產品的技術和商務需求,制定年度行業銷售策略和客戶映射。1.3利用德國總部和當地研發技術優勢,領導價值主張設計和商業模式開發,為目標行業確定標準產品及定制產品解決方案,以及未來新產品需求的路線圖。1.4 與區域銷售團隊及合作伙伴協同合作,直銷與分銷相結合,推動目標行業的銷售額持續增長,同時兼顧公司在目標行業的穩定的盈利能力。2:關鍵客戶開發和價值挖掘:2.1建立行業50強客戶名單,通過技術研討會和標桿案例訪問滲透決策鏈。2.2領導端到端的詢價管理,協調售前技術團隊完成解決方案設計、成本分析和投標策略。2.3與戰略客戶實施解決方案調試協作模式,從獨立設備銷售過渡到解決方案銷售。3:跨部門協作和資源整合:3.1領導面向目標行業的內部資源寫作,包括銷售、應用支持、交付及售后等,使用CRM或其他工具領導重大項目的資源協調和風險管理。3.2推動德國技術團隊與中國研發中心的協同創新,引領行業特定產品的本地化改造。3.3建立客戶需求反饋回路,優化產品路線圖。4:營銷和生態系統推廣:4.1擴大目標行業關鍵客戶的戰略合作伙伴關系,構建行業解決方案生態系統。4.2組織行業技術峰會,參加權威貿易展,不斷提升目標行業的品牌影響力?要求電子電氣等工科行業專業背景,本科以上學歷有工業自動化產品行業銷售經驗者優先至少有7年的工業技術相關的銷售經驗及大客戶管理經驗。擁有新業務開發經驗及技能。良好的計劃組織能力及激勵領導力平均出差時間20-50%工作地點:蘇州,長期居住地點:上海/江蘇/浙江Industry Sales ManagerResponsibilities:1. Industry Strategy and Sales:1.1 Conduct in-depth research on the development trends of the power and automation market in China, regularly presenting market size, technology and application roadmaps, and competitive landscape of the target industry to the sales management team.1.2 Identify the technical and business requirements for power products in key applications within the target industry. Develop annual sales strategies and customer mapping for the industry.1.3 Leverage the technological advantages of the German headquarters and local R&D teams to lead the design of value propositions and business models. Determine standard and customized product solutions for the target industry, and establish a roadmap for future product demands.1.4 Collaborate with regional sales teams and partners, combining direct sales with distribution channels to drive sustained growth in the target industry, while ensuring stable profitability for the company.2. Key Customer Development and Value Creation:2.1 Establish a list of the top 50 clients in the industry, gaining access to key decision-makers through technical seminars and **** case studies.2.2 Lead end-to-end inquiry management by coordinating the pre-sales technical team to finalize solution designs, conduct cost analysis, and develop bidding strategies.2.3 Implement solution-debugging collaboration with strategic clients, transitioning from individual product sales to comprehensive solution sales.?3. Cross-Department Collaboration and Resource Integration:3.1 Lead the internal resource alignment for target industries, including sales, application support, delivery, and after-sales. Utilize CRM or other tools to coordinate resources and manage risks for major projects.3.2 Foster collaborative innovation between German technology teams and Chinese R&D centers, driving the localization of industry-specific products.3.3 Create a customer feedback loop to optimize the product development roadmap.4. Marketing and Ecosystem Promotion:4.1 Expand strategic partnerships with key customers in the target industry to build a robust industry solutions ecosystem.4.2 Organize industry technology summits, participate in authoritative trade exhibitions, and continuously enhance the brand influence in the target industry.Requirements:?Preferably, prior sales experience in the industrial automation product industry.?Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in industrial technology, with a proven track record of managing major clients.?Strong experience and skills in new business development.?Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate teams.?Ability to manage business travel effectively, with an expected travel time of 20-50%.?****: Suzhou (candidates located in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, or Shanghai are also acceptable).
